Shipping Policy

Last Updated: October 28, 2026

At Korunix, we aim to provide a clear and reliable delivery experience. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase footwear from https://korunix.com.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.

Order processing includes payment verification, order review, picking, packing, and preparation for shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or when additional order verification is required.

The order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order and does not necessarily mean that your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

Korunix offers shipping to eligible delivery addresses within the United States, subject to product availability and the shipping options presented at checkout.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete address information may cause delivery delays or prevent successful delivery.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

Available shipping methods, applicable shipping fees, and any delivery restrictions will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please review the shipping details and total order amount before submitting your payment.

If shipping charges apply, the applicable amount will be shown during checkout. Any free-shipping promotion will be subject to the conditions displayed when the offer is presented.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method, delivery destination, carrier operations, and other circumstances.

Order processing time is separate from transit time. The estimated delivery information displayed at checkout, when available, should be used as the primary reference for your order.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery.

5. Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, we will provide shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the package. Please allow time for the carrier's system to update.

If you cannot locate your confirmation email or need assistance tracking your order, contact hello@korunix.com and include your order number.

6. Shipping Delays

Although we make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders promptly, delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@korunix.com. We will review the available information and assist you.

7. Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive an incorrect item or your footwear arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@korunix.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when applicable. We will review your request and explain the available resolution options.

If an item appears to be missing from your package, please contact us so we can investigate the order and shipping information.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other delivery restrictions, please contact us for assistance.

If reshipment is possible, any applicable additional shipping charges will be communicated to you before the reshipment is arranged.

Last Updated: October 28, 2026

At Korunix, we want customers to understand their options if a purchase does not meet their expectations. This policy explains the conditions and procedures for requesting a return, exchange, or refund.

1. Return Window

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, footwear must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition. Original tags, accessories, and packaging should be included where applicable.

Shoes may be tried on indoors on a clean surface to check the fit. Footwear that has been worn outdoors, shows signs of use, or has damaged soles may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.

Please include the original shoe box where applicable and protect it with suitable outer packaging when shipping the return.

These conditions do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection law.

2. How to Request a Return

Please contact us at hello@korunix.com before returning an item.

Include the following information in your request:

Your order number
The product you wish to return
The reason for the return
Photographs, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions, including the appropriate return destination.

Please do not send an item to our business address unless we have confirmed that it is the correct return address for your order.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, including incorrect size selection or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law.

If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, Korunix will arrange an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Any refund of original shipping charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the return.

4. Exchanges

If you would like a different size or an exchange for another eligible item, contact hello@korunix.com before returning your purchase.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will explain the available alternatives, which may include a refund where appropriate.

Please wait for our instructions before sending the original item back.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when available.

After reviewing your request, we will explain the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include a replacement, exchange, repair where appropriate, or refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.

6. Refund Approval and Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or agreed with you.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after refund approval for processing. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period, please contact hello@korunix.com.

7. Items That May Not Qualify for Change-of-Mind Returns

A change-of-mind return may be declined if footwear has been worn outdoors, shows material signs of use, is damaged through customer use, or is missing essential components.

This does not prevent you from seeking a remedy for a defective, incorrect, or misrepresented item as provided by applicable law.

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact hello@korunix.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before it enters fulfillment or is shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you may need to follow the return procedure instead.

Any cancellation and refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
